PLOT SUMMARY...
Two aliens, one black and white, the other white and black, bring their personal battle to the Enterprise.

This episode is their colorful, and rather heavy handed, attempt to deal with racial prejudice. Frank Gorshin, the Riddler on TV's "Batman", delivers an intense performance as the alien Bele. Lou Antonio ("Hawaii") delivers a strong performance as Lokai, Gorshin's enemy.

SYNOPSIS...
The Enterprise arrive at the planet Cheron. Two aliens, Bele and Lokai, show up on the Enterprise.

Bele and Lokai are mortal enemies. They continue their longstanding man to man conflict aboard the Enterprise. Kirk attempts to intercede, with little effect.

Cheron, their home planet, turns out to have been wrecked by war between their opposing peoples. Bele and Lokai beam down to continue their conflict.
